Catalyst 14 is a boutique coach training and executive coaching consultancy in London founded by Damion Wonfor. We believe in the inherent capacity of individuals to find their own solutions, and the power of executive coaching in the workplace to help them develop that capacity. Our mission is to create purposeful conversations within organisations that change hearts and minds — and enable the potential both in leaders and in those they serve.
Catalyst 14 is led by Damion Wonfor, who together with an exceptional and highly experienced team work with internal and external coaches, high potentials, managers, directors, executives and leadership teams across a wide range of organisations in the private and public sectors, and in elite sport.
