About Paul Golding
My path to coaching combined professional and personal experiences. After years working for one of the “big 4” with organisations in distress and a few years with a life threatening cancer I found a common thread: the benefit that every individual can gain from responding rather than reacting to what is happening.
I worked with a coach myself and and found it so valuable I decided to learn some coaching skills myself. Over a decade later I am still learning and am very grateful to be a part of Catalyst14 where I (or we) can help others respond to what they are experiencing.
I live in Tooting with my wife and enjoy life with a mix of mindfulness practice and tending a small suburban garden with a busy schedule enjoying travel and good food. I am learning German, and at my current pace I will be fluent by 2055.
