Boaz is seasoned executive coach and facilitator who draws on over 20 years in a ‘Big Four’ accounting firm. Having started his career as a Chartered Accountant specialising in Financial Services, he then spent many years as an in-house executive coach. He has extensive experience working with senior individuals to support them to achieve their ambitions and thrive.
With a deep understanding of psychological models and human behaviour, Boaz brings an appreciation for how organisations work and the pressures those in leadership positions often face.
As a facilitator, Boaz leverages his extensive experience in leadership development. Boaz has successfully designed and delivered high impact leadership development programmes across a range of sectors.
Boaz has an unwavering passion for learning and wholeheartedly believes in our innate drive to reach our fullest potential. His facilitation approach blends theoretical rigour with creativity, curiosity, and a sense of ease.
Qualifications
Boaz is an EMCC Accredited Senior Coach Practitioner (EMCC EIA). He holds a Systemic Team Coaching Certificate from the Academy of Executive Coaching and is accredited in a number of psychometrics, including Hogan, EQi 2.0, MBTI (step I and II).
Boaz also holds a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counselling, is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
