Group coaching

Group Coaching is increasingly recognised as:

  • one of the most important sources of personal and professional development
  • one of the most effective means of leveraging the ROI for coaching within organisations
  • one of the best ways to integrate leadership and management theory and practice. 

Group coaching programmes support participants with leadership challenges, with a view to helping them learn from their current experiences of change — and to develop resilience.

A Group coaching programme will usually have up to 8 participants in each group, who will meet for 2-3 hours monthly over 6 sessions.

These coaching sessions help participants to both work through the potential opportunities and/or challenges they are currently facing, and better understand those which may emerge as they take control of their situation moving forward. They aim to provide participants with the opportunity to

  • support and develop themselves
  • share and learn from their peers
  • work through how to put words and insight most effectively into action.
