Jason Nair, faculty member


Jason Nair is an executive coach, supervisor and facilitator who enjoys working with clients to create an environment that develops openness in a safe place, and allows for reflective practice which leads to empowering support and a creative learning experience.

Jason’s clients have reported that after working with him, they have experienced better reflective practice and understanding of self and improved confidence and self-esteem; they have also recognised a difference in and outside of work.

Jason cares deeply about equality, diversity and inclusion, and genuinely believes in the power of transformational coaching. Working across sectors, his work focusses on 1:1 coaching, coach supervision, action learning set facilitation and individual/team diagnostics. He has been actively coaching for 15 years and supervising for 10+ years.

Jason left a successful career as a senior leader in the NHS and became independent in 2023. He enjoys supporting a wide range of individuals and organisations to achieve their potential. Across the NHS, he played a key role and was regarded as an active and highly successful executive coach with a reputation for helping clients succeed. In recognition of his strengths, feedback from colleagues described him as an inspirational leader with a strong coaching style, and as having the technical knowledge to work effectively with an extensive range of people.
