Karen Kincaid, Assessor
Karen marks portfolios for Catalyst14’s open programmes supporting the participant’s continuing learning and development; and ensuring they meet accreditation requirements. Karen is an Executive Coach and Organisational Development practitioner working predominantly within the NHS.
Karen has been formally one to one coaching since 2012 and brings over 20 years of human resources and organisational development experience to her practice.
Karen predominantly works with individuals from within the NHS but also has
experience in other sectors such as education, charities, insurance, and engineering. Karen takes a great pride in offering her clients focused attention to allow them to get clarity and develop a greater awareness and appreciation of their own circumstances. She listens with genuine curiosity, ask questions to raise awareness and is passionate about creating empowering relationships with her clients so that her coaching space can help to create conversations that are rich in insights and learning.
Karen is a member of the EMCC and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in coaching and Development and is also certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator step I and step II tools, Belbin Team Roles and NHS Healthcare Leadership Model 360 feedback tool. Karen is also currently working towards a diploma in supervision.
Karen enjoys spending time with her family and travelling and is an active member of her local community. She enjoys reading, is part of a book club, loves Zumba! And is (slowly) learning to play the piano.
