Free weekly guided mindfulness sessions

To support your self care, deepen your resourcefulness and presence as a coach and help you pause and reset at the start of each week, you can join our online mindfulness group.

From January 20th 2025, Damion will be guiding a mindfulness practice every Monday at 8am UK (GMT) time. There will be a different practice each week and these will last up to 30 minutes. These sessions will be in a webinar format (you can join without using your camera).

Please note that there will be a few exceptions — there will not be a session on 24th February, 7th April, 14th April, 21st April, 5th May, 26th May, 28th July, 4th August, 11th August, 18th August, 25th August, 17th November, 22nd December and 29th December.
