Free weekly guided mindfulness sessions
To deepen your resourcefulness and presence as a coach, and to help you pause and reset at the start of each week, from 22 January 2024, you can attend our online mindfulness group. We host a free mindfulness practice every Monday at 8am UK (GMT) time. Each mindfulness practice will last up to 30 minutes and will be in a webinar format (note that you will not need to use your camera or share audio).
Please note that there will be a few exceptions — there will not be a session on 25th March, 1st April, 6th May, 27th May, 29th July, 5th August, 12th August, 19th August, 26th August, 2nd September, 11th November, 16th December, 23rd December, 30th December.
