Nisheeta Shah, faculty member
“It has been my privilege to learn with and from some incredible coaches over the course of my career, trusting the safe space they created to truly explore my identity, challenge my thinking and limits, and lean into my edges as a coach. It is my wish to create the same environment for others when I facilitate, and offer my lens as someone who is respectful, warm, intuitive, creative, challenging, and always still learning.”
— Nisheeta Shah
With over 20 years of professional services experience, Nish has spent the last 12 years focused predominantly on working with business leaders to realise potential at an individual, team and organisational level.
Having co-led a coaching team and offer in a ‘Big Four’ accounting firm, Nish made the decision to switch things up significantly 2 years ago and test her skills in a much younger, smaller business, where she has been given the mandate to establish and structure a coaching offer from scratch, and support the growth of both individuals and the business. She is loving the opportunity to work with a blank sheet of paper and win over some cynics, as well as work part time, with a select private client base, and quality time with her young son.
Nish is a member of, and individually accredited by, the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). She is also an accredited MBTi, Hogan and EQ-I practitioner, and has particular interest in systemic leadership coaching and constellations, which she has studied to practitioner level, as accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Nish is passionate about working with bright people who are self-aware and wanting to test their boundaries; her intent is to enable courageous conversations. She is interested in exploring the dynamics that underpin behaviour and works with honesty, compassion and a deep appreciation of relevant theory.
