Intuitive, warm, creative and challenging, Nish is an experienced senior coach who has spent over 14 years working with both established and emerging business leaders. 

Having started her career in a client-facing role, Nish moved into leadership development, and ultimately chose to focus on executive coaching.  For a period of time Nish co-led the coaching team and offer at a Big Four accountancy firm, working with (and learning from) some incredible coaches in the field. She now works in-house for a small, agile organisation in Financial Services, and balances this with a portfolio of private work, supporting individuals, teams and other coaches.  

Nish helps her clients to be more resourceful, make conscious choices, and lean in. She typically works with individuals who want to bring something more or different to their role; those who value the opportunity to re-evaluate how they see the world and the beliefs and behaviours that they have adopted to navigate their place within it. Leadership, alignment, impact, confidence, transition, stuckness, influence and strategy all show up as themes in this context.

Nish is interested exploring the psychological dimensions that drive behaviour and underpin our interactions with others. Building deep relationships and trust, she works with honesty, compassion and a deep appreciation of relevant theory to enable sustainable change in a way that is safe, expansive and fun.

Qualifications

• Nish is a member of, and individually accredited by, the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC). 
• She is also accredited to work with the following psychometrics: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTi) Step 1, BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQi) and Hogan.
• Nish has particular interest in systemic leadership coaching and constellations, which she has studied to practitioner level, as accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
• Nish qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has a BSc (Hons) in Management Science.
