Paul Golding, faculty member

“I am passionate about helping those I work with gain clarity over their thoughts, reality and choices.  They use these to drive better outcomes on projects, with their teams and in their organisations.”

— Paul Golding

Paul is a coach recognised for working with those facing uncertainty and challenge.  For over a decade he advised organisations in distress.  He then survived a rare and aggressive form of cancer and chose to combine his organisational and personal experiences of working in challenge and uncertainty and has spent the last 10 years working with individuals and small teams as a coach and facilitator.  He has over 20 years’ experience at one of the “big 4” accounting and advisory firms working in the UK and internationally.

He has worked as a 1:1 coach, a group or team coach at a variety of organisations including banks, the NHS, academy trusts and professional services firm and consultancies.

Paul has practiced mindfulness for 15 years, which informs his coaching style. He thrives when working with awareness, mindset and choice.  Those he works with often share that their own raised awareness, shifted mindsets and more conscious choices help them feel more confident in their next steps.

Paul is an accredited senior practitioner with the EMCC, has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching, a post graduate certificate in Coaching and Development and is Hogan and Spotlight accredited.  He is also a fellow of the ICAEW.
