Ros Wells, Executive Coach

Ros is an executive coach with experience of working with a wide range of organisations across the public, private and third sectors. Her coaching clients have included professionals at all organisational levels including board members, senior managers and those developing into new management roles.

Ros strongly believes in the power of compassionate leadership in the development of self and of others and she approaches all her coaching conversations with positive regard for the unfolding relationship and the individual’s coaching agenda. She loves working creatively using metaphor, stories and visualisation to help to unlock new ways of looking at the world and our place within it. Her recent coaching focus has been working alongside clients moving through role transition, building confidence and with those who are experiencing overwhelm both personally and professionally.

With over fifteen years of experience, Ros has worked exclusively as an executive coach since 2017, and prior to that was coaching in her organisational roles across the NHS and beyond. She is a qualified coach supervisor and offers individual and group supervision to public and third sector organisations which have internal coaching networks but that don’t have access to funding for supervision as a resource.
