Sarah Rozenthuler, Faculty member
Sarah Rozenthuler is a chartered psychologist, leadership consultant and published author.
She has extensive, in-depth expertise in executive coaching, team coaching, group facilitation and consulting, and nearly 20 years’ experience working globally at senior levels in large, complex organizations.
Sarah is the author of How to have Meaningful Conversations (2012) and Powered by Purpose (2020). With deep expertise in coaching executives, making dialogue authentic and connecting people with a compelling purpose, she inspires leaders, empowers teams and strengthens organisations to generate competitive advantage and become a force for good in the world.
At Saïd Business School, Sarah is on the faculty of the Oxford Advanced Management and Leadership Programme, teaching dialogue skills and supporting leaders to cascade purpose in their organisations and teams.
Sarah also runs programmes on creating change through dialogue and purpose-led leadership for the British Psychological Society.
