Stef is a qualified, experienced coach who has supported the growth of individuals and teams, of mixed professions, to flourish and achieve successful, sustainable outcomes. Her professional background is one focused on enhancing the communication abilities of others, enabling them to function at their best.

Stef has developed her skills through experience, managing and leading teams in the NHS and facilitating the dynamics between competing professional and business demands. She has worked at a national level to influence the setting and implementation of government health strategies for service improvement and on UK wide policies for her profession. Stef has supported individuals and teams, through periods of stability, challenge and change, to meet their organisations’ goals.

Over the past 10 years Stef has been developing her knowledge and skills as an executive coach. Her focus in coaching has been on deepening awareness of self as a leader, resilience at work and systems. Adapting her approach to suit the individual and session, Stef coaches to increase awareness, creating choice, confidence and responsibility.
