As we start 2024, I’d like to share a number of our favourite CPD resources that we have created over the past few months. These aim to resource and support you within your coaching practice; we hope they add value to your coaching work.

Bite-sized CPD sessions

Working with Metaphors in Coaching

During this 30 mins session, Damion is in conversation with Liz about how we can use our client’s metaphorical landscape to explore their understanding of the world and the challenges they are facing. Metaphors enable us to more easily convey the richness and complexity of how we see the world, using images and pictures. If we pay attention to them as coaches, we can help our client’s unlock greater awareness, understanding and possibility – and encourage our clients to work more creatively.
