Free mindfulness sessions to support you during the 2021 lockdown
As the early months of 2021 bring another lockdown, we will again be offering free mindfulness sessions throughout it — to help you find a regular space to support your self care.
I will be guiding each mindfulness session live via a Zoom webinar for up to 30 mins, and these will take place at 08:00 UK time on the following dates:

When I am among the trees,
especially the willows and the honey locust,
